      We have discussed for a year or so the possibility of including a monthly help desk question/response or two on the website. We are ready to take the next step and begin trying to implement it.

      1. One or two questions from those that have come in to the Help Desk for a given month would be selected. It would be a question that we feel is frequently asked, or is important for that month. We would rely on the Help Desk workewrs to help determine what those questions are.

      2. The question would be researched by the Help Desk team, or maybe the Fairfax Gardening team, or jointly. An short answer would be developed. The answer might include sources and links if needed. The question and answer would be sent to the website team and posted on the site at the monthly update.

      Let us know if this is a team you might want to participate in. I envision maybe an hour time each month, less if there is a team that can share the work. Yes, you would record service hours for this.
